* dad , daddy , pa , papa, pop *my pop is the father of six girls and a self taught artist. One of my first memories of his art is a mural he did in charcoal on a large red wall in our living room. It was a stagecoach with horses, it seemed to jump off the wall into the room.  I loved it. He also created  a barn 'look' on the second floor landing of our house. Complete with split rail fencing used for the stair rail - the only thing between us and certain death was termite ridden timber. But, it looked fabulous!   tool *  is a device that can be used to produce an item or achieve a task, but that is not consumed in the process. Informally the word is also used to describe a procedure or process with a specific purpose. Tools that are used in particular fields or activities may have different designations such as Instrument , Utensil , Implement , Machine , or Apparatus .  tool * one who lacks the mental capacity to know he is being used. A fool . A cretin . Characterized by low intelligence and/or self-esteem.  Tool * is an American rock band from Los Angeles , California . Formed in 1990. Who's on first

That's me in the back behind my mom. I  recently read an article  in P sychology Today   about birth order and personality. I'm the second born in a family of six, all girls. This is important.  Had I been born a boy - I would have the personality of the first born even in my family of six because I would be the first and only male. (would that make me an only child too?) As children, first-borns strive to emulate and please their parents, and often dominate and care for their younger siblings. Parents tend to delegate responsibility to firstborns, who identify with their parents and with authority. Therefore, relative to their younger siblings, first-born children tend to be more extraverted and confident, more conformist and conservative, more conscientious and academically inclined, and more dominant and authoritarian.
